Welcome to Prime Rogue Inc.’s Election Sentiment Analysis Tool (the “Tool”). This Tool is provided by Prime Rogue Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and is currently in a pre-alpha testing phase. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Tool. By accessing or using the Tool, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Tool.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this Tool. By using this Tool, you represent that you meet this eligibility requirement.

2. Purpose and Use of the Tool

The Tool provides real-time sentiment analysis from various data sources. It is intended for informational and research purposes only. Users agree to use this Tool responsibly and not for any unlawful or malicious purpose.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Prime Rogue Inc. retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Tool, including all intellectual property rights. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Tool for lawful purposes, subject to these Terms.

4. Data and Privacy

Prime Rogue Inc. respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information in compliance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). The Tool may collect non-identifiable, aggregate data on usage patterns to improve functionality, which will not be shared with third parties unless required by law. 5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Tool is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Tool’s operation, accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime Rogue Inc. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Prime Rogue Inc., its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Tool, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the use of the Tool shall not exceed the amount paid, if any, by you to use the Tool.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Tool for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Interfere with the security, operation, or performance of the Tool.
• Attempt to access any unauthorized area of the Tool.
• Engage in any activity that may harm other users or the integrity of the Tool.

8. External Links and Third-Party Content

The Tool may contain links to third-party websites or content. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services linked to within the Tool. Use of these links is at your own risk.

9. Modifications to the Tool and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Tool, or any part of it, at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms periodically. The most recent version of the Terms will be available on our website, and your continued use of the Tool constitutes acceptance of any changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Tool.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Tool, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to us or other users.
